Return Eligibility:

Ensure the following before initiating a return:

• The return is within 30 days from the delivery date.
• The product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.

Returning an Obagi Product:

1. Start a Return: Log into your account and access 'Order History'. Choose the order to return and click 'Return Item'.
2. Select Reason for Return: Indicate the reason for returning the product.
3. Print Return Label: Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it to your package.
4. Send the Package: Drop off the package at the specified shipping carrier location.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
