Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in new or like-new condition, with all original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories included.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
- Return Process:
- In-store purchases can be returned at our retail location.
- For online purchases, returns can be made in-store or by mail. Please include your packing slip or e-receipt for proof of purchase.
- If returning by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
- Clearance and Sale Items: Items marked as clearance may be returned if they meet the above criteria.
Exclusions & Special Cases
- Pet Food & Treats: Unopened pet food and treats may be returned within the return window. Opened packages are only eligible for return if the product was defective or damaged upon receipt. Please ensure at least 50% of the product remains and provide proof of purchase.
- Live Animals: For the health and safety of our pets, live animals and fish are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once they have left the store.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- Natural Treats: Due to the nature of natural treats and chews, variations in size, color, and weight are normal and not considered defects.
